Developing land is very important to our society. As our populated cities increase, available land becomes scarce making it necessary to move further outside the cities. But for this growth to take place, developed land is needed.

That's where Gier Enterprises, Inc. comes in. We look for areas in the country that are growing and need land to be developed. We also make a point to buy in areas where the land is appreciating nicely so that even without developing the land we still have a good investment.

After purchasing the land, we work closely with local governments to subdivide the land into smaller individual parcels and design the appropriate neighborhoods. After we put in the required infrastructure (roads, utilities, phone lines, etc.), we either sell the individual parcels or we build homes on each parcel and then sell.
